How Evergreen Coffee Co. began

Evergreen started in 2019 out of a converted garage on the South Hill. Two friends, one drum roaster, and a lot of curiosity about what a truly local coffee shop could be.

Six years later we're still small on purpose. We roast every Tuesday, buy from farms and importers we know by name, and hire baristas who love what they do. Our menu changes with the seasons, and our regulars are our favorite people.
